The veiled warning by the RSS in its Bangalore convention that Muslims should respect the Hindus and that they will be safe only if they keep the Hindus happy. This statement is not only communal but it is also against the constitution of India and anti Nation because every Indian has freedom to practice his religion and the government is bound to protect it and no Muslim will ever be ready to be at the mercy of the Hindu community. Therefore we strongly condemn this statement by the RSS and demand a ban on it for issuing and practicing such provocative statements from time to time. We also demand the immediate withdrawal and apology of this statement by the RSS. Also the leaders of the RSS should be booked under stringent laws as the activities and speeches made by them are all towards the disintegration of the Nation. It is surprising that even when parties like the VHP, RSS and Bajrang Dal are bent upon tearing the secular fabric of the Nation the so-called secular parties supporting the government are themselves taking out excuses to defend them for the lust of power. We would also like to warn the RSS and the government that by foregoing these types of statements it may lead to total anarchy as these statements may give a right to the Kashmiri's who will then say that if the Hindus want to live in peace they should live as per the wishes of the Muslim community and similarly in countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh where the Hindu community is in minority, the majority Muslim community may issue a statement that all Hindus will have to live at the mercy of the Muslim Community. This will lead to total destruction all over the world. Hence to stop this it is the duty of the Government to take immediate and appropriate steps to control to the RSS, VHP and the Bajrang Dal.
The “ASTHI YATRA” planned by the VHP which includes taking the
ashes of those killed in the Sabarmati Express in Godhra is another example
of anti national activities. The taking of the ashes to the corners of
the Nation will not give peace to the souls of those killed but on the
contrary it will engulf the entire Nation into flames of communal frenzy.
It seems that this programme had been planned by ISI or some anti Indian
power which wants the disintegration of India. To maintain the peace and
tranquility of the Nation this Yatra should be banned immediately and
all those people who are spearheading this Yatra should be arrested and
made to disclose as to which power is behind them for such subversive
activities.
Moreover, the bogie which was set on fire in the Godhra incident had only
18-20 karsevaks while the rest of the train had around 300 karsevaks in
them. These so called karsevaks were such patriots that they didn’t
even purchase the railway tickets for travelling!. This fact proves that
the bogie number 6 was not set on fire due to the karsevaks as if it had
been this way then some other bogie which had karsevaks packed in them
would have been targeted. This proves that bogie number six was not set
afire for karsevaks but it may be something which the occupants of bogie
number 6 may have done which would have sparked of violence. Hence we
demand that the commission probing the Godhra incident should not start
its investigation from Godhra but should start it from Ayodhya from where
this train started and its occupants misbehaved at every station.
IT is good to note that the Black and draconian bill of POTO was defeated
in the Rajya Sabha thought he Home Minister tried his best in every possible
way to make way for it but due to the efforts of secular minded members
of the Rajya Sabha this bill was defeated. One thing though came to light
after seeing the debate on POTO that when there are some people who rejected
the bill for its draconian laws others gave it a vote just for their personal
gains. These people do not know that they will come to know the lapse
which they have made only when this law will be enacted upon them but
then those minorities which have been affected by this bill will distance
themselves away from them. We call upon all secular minded to parties
to reject this bill in the joint session without thinking twice and without
minding about their ministerial berths as no amount of political clout
will help them if this law comes into force and is used against them.
Last but not the least we demand the immediate dismissal of the Narendra
Modi government for its total failure in controlling the violence and
for abetting in the crimes committed by the Hindu Fundamentalists. Even
after 23 days the state is still burning which shows the incompetency
of the Gujarat government and also proves our point made earlier that
the RSS is bent upon wiping out the entire existence of the Muslim community.
We are also surprised at the defence by Mr. Modi who says it was a natural
reaction by the majority community. We at this point would like to ask
Mr. Modi that had it been a backlash, does only the Hindu Community of
Gujarat feel the need for a reaction since there was no reaction to the
incident anywhere else in the entire Nation. This proves that the so called
reaction was nothing but a pre planned attack with the active connivance
of the government against the minorities.
