Ban VHP, RSS, Bajrang Dal & Associates for their Inflammatory speeches and Actions

The continuous warnings by the VHP leaders Mr. Giriraj Kishore, Ashok Singhal and Pravin Togadia to start Riots of they are not allowed to hold their Rally is nothing short than announcing war against the Nation but still no one even talks about invoking POTA on them as they are from the majority community! In the days preceeding the “Sankalp Sammelan” to be staged in Ayodhya on 17th October the VHP has threatened out break of communal violence while its mother body the RSS has diplomatically interpreted that threat by expressing possibility of violence. In other words “Violence” is also the word of the RSS spokesman Ram Madhav.

As such “violence” has now become the key word in the terminology of Indian society because all objectives whether political, religious or others seem intended to be resolved only by “use of force” regardless of the Rule of Law and in total disregard of Courts and the Constitution, so much so that the supposedly Chief Guardian of Law, the Home Minister Mr. Advani seems to be engaging with the state authorities in U.P. to clear the hurdles in the way of violence.

These actions of the Indian Home Minister and tacitly silent endorsement of the Indian Prime Minister to the actions and threats by the VHP / RSS may possibly compel Muslims to resort to take matters of “Self Defence” and “Security” into their own hands rather than rely on the “Dubious Guardians of Law and Security” at the centre. It would be a mistake to imagine that Muslims in India are no more capable of Self Defence against religious Terrorists while it will be a historical blunder to encourage, support and allow these Hindu religious terrorists to threaten and to attack Muslims blatantly on a consistant basis then Indian Government would be held responsible for the long-term consequences if some uneducated Muslims react with Counter-violence in an organized manner. It should be remembered that the Hindu Terrorism will breed Counter Terrorism from Muslims; consequently this peaceful Indian society could eventually become the largest breeding ground for Terrorism in the world, both Hindu Terrorism and Muslim “Counter Terrorism”. The inaction of Muslims in the aftermath of the Gujarat Genocide of Muslims should not be interpreted nor imagined as case of weakness on the part of Muslims but in fact at best it should be seen as a case of tolerance educated by Islam but that attitude of forebearance may end if there is yet another spate of co-ordinated violence against Muslims in India. It could be the “last straw that breaks the camels back”. It seems that the “War on Terror” initiated by the United States may have to be extended to India to Fight Hindu Terrorism.

An example should be taken from “Israel” which is reeling from Counter terrorism by just a handful Counter-Terrorists who are reacting to Israel’s oppressions of the Palestinians. A lesson should be derived that just over three million Palestinians have succeeded in resisting one of the most modern, high-tech and sophisticated military power on earth and the result is that entire Israeli society in now living in constant fear just because of the actions of a few hundred thousand Jewish religious zealots supported by their equally misguided Government.

If Indian Government fails to guarantee the security of the Muslims of India, if the Indian Government disregards the basic tenets of the Indian Constitution and the “Rule of Law”, if the Indian Government flouts the basic human rights of Muslims under International law then it would at best be foolish to expect the Muslims to obey “Laws and Rules” whose very foundations have been shaken by the Government backed Hindu Zealots and the Government itself. “At this point we applaud the courage, support and co-ordination shown by the U.P. Government and by other right minded Hindu brothers and sisters who have been sharing the concerns of the Minorities and who have stood firm and shown resilience to fight hand in hand this Ugly Monster of Hindu Terrorism”We appreciate that 99% of Hindus oppose such kind of terrorism and are with us to condemn these 1% Zealots.

The BJP government is tilting forward and bending itself to the ground to accommodate the demands of the VHP ad thereby giving it a free hand to do as it wishes. We are surprised that instead of being firm to protect the Nation from communal forces it is infact serving the Communal Forces their ammunition to disrupt the peace and tranquility of the Nation. We ask the BJP Govt and its allies, Will the same treatment be meted out to the minorities if they Announce a Rally in Ayodhya to build a mosque in its original Place?? No

We hope that this Government will realize its folly and prevent matters from slipping even an inch further otherwise Muslims “if pushed to the wall” will have no option but to react and reaction need not necessarily be a measured and calculated one. Obviously reactions could have a much broader dimension than ever imagined because it knows no reason and could be “anywhere, anytime and by any means”.

Only and Only the Indian government will be held responsible for whatever consequences that follow whether in the short term or the long-term. To under estimate a universal community of “1.3 billion Muslims world-wide would be a blunder of Historical Dimensions”.
