22nd Nov 99 - The Raza Academy faxes a letter to the Chief Minister of Karnataka to ban the programme of the Deobandi group scheduled to be held at the Shalimar Garden Function hall in Gulbarga Shareef.
23rd Nov 99 - In pursuance to the letter faxed by Raza Academy, the Government of Karnataka denies permission to the Deobandi group for thier programme at Shalimar Garden Function hall in Gulbarga Shareef.
27th Nov 99 - The Academy participates in a relief procession taken out by Sunni Relief Commit tee for the victims of the Orissa cyclone 06th Dec 99 Tributes are paid to the Martyrs of Babri Masjid at 3:45 p.m. and a Memorandum is dispatched to the President of India, the Governor of Maharashtra and th Chief Minister of Maharashtra demanding the reconstruction of the Babri Masjid at its original site and the immediate implementation of the Shri Krishna Commission.

28th Dec 99 - Raza Academy denounces the hijacking of the Indian Airlines aircraft by Islamic militants. In addition to these, in the field of literature the Academy has published 25 books in 1999 of which 5 have been written by Aala Hazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Qadri.
