Important Events & Services rendered by Raza Academy in the year 2002.
01st Jan -. “Raza Inami Muqabla” started in 3 leading newspapers of Lucknow, Delhi (Rashtriya Sahara) and Bombay (Inquilab) on the occasion of 150th Birth Celebrations of Aalahazrat. The First prize was Hajj or 11 tola Gold, 2nd Prize Umrah or 6 tola Gold and 25 consolation prizes.
13th Jan - 150th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Aalahazrat Celebrated in Indian Airlines flight.
13th Jan - Raza Caravan taken out to see-of passengers going to celebrate 150 year birth Anniversary on Flight. Caravan starts from Minara Masjid to Domestic Airport.
26th Jan - Announcement of Raza Inami Muqabla and Prize Distribution. Langar prepared for 5000 people and “Sawaneh Aalahazrat” (400 pages) distributed to 11000 people.
27th Jan - Raza Medical camp organised in which 650 people were examined.
28thJan - Raza Academy condemns Godhra incident and asks President to give Gujarat under Army Control and conduct CBI inquiry.
01st Mar - Complaints to Police Commissioner against Editorial of Gujrati Mid Day for inciting communal passions.
02nd Mar - Raza Academy demands 5 lac compemsation for victims of riots in Gujarat and 2 lacs for those injured from the Prime Minister.
02nd Mar - Dharna against Gujarat CM Mr. Narendra Modi asking his dismissal and to ban VHP for its activities in Gujarat
04th Mar - Warning given to Central Govt and State Govt of Gujarat that if riots do not stop then Muslims would be forced to conduct fidayeen squads for which the government would be responsible and Muslim should then not be called terrorists.
06th Mar - 112th Birth Anniversary of Huzur Mufti e Aazam celebrated In Noori Mehfil

25th May - On the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi Raza Academy organised Langar for about 20, 000 people in Shah Alam Camp & other relief Camps of Ahmedabad.
07th June - Delegation of Academy attends the Chehlum of Allama Arshadul Qadri & distributed his biography Free of Cost.
08th June - Yaume Dua organised on completion of 100 days of Gujarat Riots.
20th June - Urs of Allama Mushtaq Ahmed Nizami celebrated in Noori Mehfil.
27th Jun - Urs of Huzur Ahsanul Ulemas Celebrated in Noori Mehfil.
10th July - Raza Academy foils programme of Wahhabi / Deobandis to start School in Dongri Area on the premises of Municipal School.
26th July - Dharna against Vice President of VHP Mr. Giriraj Kishore for his utterances of changes in the Holy Quran.
28th July - Sad Demise of the mother of Alhaj Mohammed Saeed Noori. Huzur Ameene Millat leads the prayers of Janazah.
03rd Aug - Complaint to Gen Parvez Musharraf on the alleged robbery of "Nalain Shareef" in Lahore.
15th Aug - Condolence meet in Noori Mehfil for Maulana Khushtar Siddiqui.
15th Aug -Silent Protest for Gujarat Victims by way of tying White ribbons. 50,000 people participated.

08th Sept - Meeting of Ulemas at the Taj Hotel with Iraq’s Ambassador.
09th Sept - Marwar magazine apologises to Raza Academy and lifts back all its copies of that edition from the stalls. Also promises to publish the apology in the next edition.
10th Sept - VHP vice president Giriraj Kishore replies to notice of Raza Academy by his advocate that he has never insulted the Quran or Muslims.

11th Oct - Thousands of people join the Ulemas on March to US consulate against Jerry Fallwell and court arrest.
13th Oct - Jerry Fallwell apologises t Muslims on his remarks on the holy Prophet.
